Our world-class fitness center is here to accommodate your workout needs. We have state-of-the-art cardio equipment including, stationary bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers and more. Our weight room includes a free weight area, resistance machines along with an area and equipment for bodyweight work.

In addition to a variety of monthly classes, we offer programs such as strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition counseling and aquatics. Also available to members is both an indoor walking track and a landscaped outdoor walking trail.

Aquatics

Located within the Institute for Healthy Living, the Aquatic Center features a 25-meter heated four-lane lap pool designed with a zero step entrance, heated resistance pool, cold water therapeutic immersion pool and one co-ed hot tub. The center offers an adult fitness swim program, senior exercise classes, children’s swimming lessons, aquatic exercise, and Aqua Stand Up classes.

Rehabilitative Services

Our technologically-advanced rehabilitation facilities provide professional clinical staff with the tools and resources to aid an individual’s successful recovery and recuperation. As part of your recovery after a hospital visit, your physician may prescribe your path for wellness in one or more of the following areas: Sports Medicine, Outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
