At CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living, we think of our members as a community of people with similar goals to look and feel better. As a member, you will be treated with the respect and professionalism that you should expect.

Student - 22 years of age and under. Students over the age of 18 must provide proof of enrollment as a full time student. School schedule needs to include student name, semester, and total credit hours..
Senior - individuals at least 62 years of age.
Individual - anyone 18 to 61 years of age.
Senior Couple - a legally married couple, with one spouse at least 62 years of age.
Couple - a legally married couple or an individual and child.
Family - a legally married couple and their children up to 18 years of age and/or up to 22 years of age if the child is a full time student (see above for student requirements).

The Advantages of Corporate Membership

As a Corporate Partner with CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Institute for Healthy Living, we will provide your employees access to a facility that offers a variety of wellness opportunities to stay healthy.

Upon enrollment, each of your employees will complete a Health Risk Assessment. That information can be provided as a report on your employee population. Based on findings, we can customize educational offerings that will impact your employees, and in turn, the health of your business.

Employers can receive a monthly report, showing the exact number of times the employees used the facility. Some employers may take this opportunity to provide fun, motivational programs, and offer incentives or discounts on health insurance to the employees who regularly use the Institute.
